The top bands promise the highest salaries and these are most commonly earned by GPs, Consultants or Directors. The Private Health Sector does not abide to a set pay scale and so salaries can prove to be even more diverse, typically exceeding NHS earnings for most comparative jobs.

Health or Medical jobs can present a challenging environment to candidates, although they are also considered personally rewarding. Top professionals will require an empathetic nature, excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in fast paced / stressful conditions. Qualifications will vary, but most professionals will require a university degree. Although graduates tend to be the most coveted, it is possible to enter some health care jobs with GCSEs and/or work experience.
